4、意識水準 意識水準的高低,往往以注意力品質的好壞為客觀指標。如果一個人不 能專注於某種工作,不能專注於思考問題,思想經常偏離正常或者因注 意力分散而出現工作上的差錯,我們就要警惕他的心理健康問題了。

5、暗示性 易受暗示的人,往往容易被周圍環境的無關因素引起情緒的波動和思維 的動搖,有時表現為意志力薄弱。他們的情緒和思維很容易隨環境變 化,給精神活動帶來不太穩定的特點。

6、康復能力 從創傷刺激中恢復到往常水準的能力,稱為心理康復能力。這種康復水 準高的人恢富得較快,而且不留什錦嚴重痕跡,每當再次回憶起這次創 傷時,他們表現得較為平靜,原有的情緒色彩也很平淡。

7、心理自控力 情緒的強度、情感的表達、思維的方向和思維過程都是在人的自覺控制 下實現的。所謂不隨意的情緒、情感和思維,只是相對的。當一個人身 心十分健康時,他的心理活動會十分自如,情感的表達恰如其分,辭令 通暢,儀態大方,不過分拘謹,不過分隨便。我們可以從自我控制能力 如何來判斷一個人的心理健康水準。

8、自信心 當一個人面對某種生活事件或工作任務時,是否有恰如其分的自信,是 精神健康的一種標準。自信心實質上是正確自我認知的能力,這種 能力可以在生活實踐中逐步提高。

9、社會交往 人類的精神活動得以產生和維持,其重要的支柱是充分的社會交往。社 會交往的剝奪,必然導致精神崩潰,出現種種異常心理。因此,一個人 能否正常與人交往,也能表示著一個人的心理健康水準。

10、環境適應能力 在某種意義上說,心理是適應環境的工具,人為了個體保存和種族延 續,為了自我發展和完善,就必須適應環境。因為,一個人從生到死, 始終不能脫離自己的生存環境。
